Welcome to our 9 Prime Tours & Travels website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or customer support. A minimum deposit is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the start of the journey. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors like fuel cost, government taxes, or seasonal demand.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or official communication channels. Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation timeline:

  • 15+ days before travel: Partial/full refund (after deductions)
  • 7–14 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund
    Processing time for refunds may take 7–14 working days.
3. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, tickets, and necessary travel documents. For international travel, valid passports, visas, and other permits are mandatory. We are not responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.

4. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, transport, or schedules due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or operational issues. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible.

5. Liability

We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused during the journey. Travelers are advised to have travel insurance for their safety.

6. Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave responsibly during the trip. Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior causing inconvenience to others may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Vehicle Usage (For Rental Services)

All vehicles provided are subject to availability. The client must follow traffic rules and ensure proper use of the vehicle. Any damage caused during the rental period will be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

10. Acceptance of Terms
