Refund and Returns Policy

At 9 Prime Tours & Travels, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. We understand that plans may change, and our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will be eligible for a full refund, excluding service charges.
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the travel date are non-refundable.
2. No Show Policy
  • If a customer fails to show up on the day of travel without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation by Company
  • In rare cases where [Your Company Name] cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational issues), customers will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • The option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost.
5. Partial Refunds
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services, including missed sightseeing, meals, or transport during the trip.
6. Amendments & Rescheduling
  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Requests for changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the departure date.
7. Special Packages & Peak Season
  • Certain promotional offers, discounted packages, and peak-season bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Force Majeure
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest.
